Caney Creek Kennl will guarantee all puppies to be genetically sound. Any genetically defective puppy will be replaced as soon as possible. In order to qualify for a replacement, the following requirements must be met:
- AKC Registration must be signed over to the breeder.
- Dog must be owned by the original owner.
- Dog must be up-to-date with all shots.
- Dog must not have been bred and must be neutered
- Dog must be less than 30 months of age and was unable to be ceritifed by the Orthopedic Eye Registration Foundation, Inc. (OFA), or the Canine Eye Registration Foundation, Inc. (CERF).
- Dog will be transported or shipped to Caney Creek Kennel at your expense.
- Half of purchase price will be refunded if owner wants to keep their dog. A written veterinarian certificate verifying the dog has been neutered or spayed must be send with your request.
